So…back from Vaca, and have put back on all the BF that I lost prior!

SO, gonna stay on the FBT, and the Cal-Def. at least until I get so depressed that I just can’t stand it.

NOW…

on the training, its a 4 way split, chest, back, shldrs, legs, split into three days…four days per week, confused yet? don’t be, it gets simple.

Day 1 is OLY day - Low reps - 6-8
Day 2 is DB day - Med reps - 10-12
Day 3 is Machines - High reps - 15-20

do this split, four times per week. for instance, tonite
Chest - FB Oly - 5 sets, 6-8 reps
Back, B/O rows or Pendelays - 6-8 reps
Shldrs - Standing Militarys, - 8-10 reps ( I really try to protect my shldrs)
Legs - Squats

Wed Nite
Chest - DB FB
Back DB B/O Rows - 1 armed
Shldrs - DB OH press - 1 armed
legs - DL

Fri nite
Hammer strength machines for reps to failure.

all of this is preceded by 25 min of cardio.

so, now you see why I don’t post my workouts, its not like I’m training for anything, either strenght or sixe, so It aint much fun, and there isnt any real improvements…unless I post pics, I guess.

I had started to get some real weight on my DL’s - 405 x 1, and thought that I should work on my form.

so I hired a couple of local PL’ers, both with training experience and records - both have competed in world class events.

and, they agreed that my current forms sucks -

I AM INTERESTED!!!

and, here is a vid of what they are looking for from me -

man, it feels so awkward, and it uses more glutes and hams than my regular form.

225 feels heavy - I sure hope they know what theyre doing,

ya’know?

btw - I am now on the 5/3/1 bandwagon, and have made all my lifts for week 3 (except DL’s since we’re kinda starting over).

since I am on the DL training, I decided to take it easy with squats.

box squats with 225 x 5 x 3

Kettlebell swings - 44lbs x 4 sets x 15 reps (man do my glutes hurt~)
