SO, gonna stay on the FBT, and the Cal-Def. at least until I get so depressed that I just canāt stand it.
NOWā¦
on the training, its a 4 way split, chest, back, shldrs, legs, split into three daysā¦four days per week, confused yet? donāt be, it gets simple.
Day 1 is OLY day - Low reps - 6-8
Day 2 is DB day - Med reps - 10-12
Day 3 is Machines - High reps - 15-20
do this split, four times per week. for instance, tonite
Chest - FB Oly - 5 sets, 6-8 reps
Back, B/O rows or Pendelays - 6-8 reps
Shldrs - Standing Militarys, - 8-10 reps ( I really try to protect my shldrs)
Legs - Squats
Wed Nite
Chest - DB FB
Back DB B/O Rows - 1 armed
Shldrs - DB OH press - 1 armed
legs - DL
Fri nite
Hammer strength machines for reps to failure.
all of this is preceded by 25 min of cardio.
so, now you see why I donāt post my workouts, its not like Iām training for anything, either strenght or sixe, so It aint much fun, and there isnt any real improvementsā¦unless I post pics, I guess.
