HEY LULA!!! where you bean? ( spelt bean like that on porpoise )
I been doing cardio on the elliptaical trainer, the one that measures your heartbeat too. and since I am training to do some hiking/climbing, instead of just steady state, i’ve been increasing the load, and decreasing the load, and doing so in an attempt to keep my heartrate at 130-140. at first, the load that kept me at that level was 8, and now I start at 10, and ramp up to 20, then back to 15 then to 20, then drop it to 10 -
btw - this is keeping my legs pumped too~
it may be a simple thing to keep me interested in cardio, but then again, I have a simple mind!
what abooot you? what are you doing for cardio?

WOOHOO! Pantless cardio with the Edgy. What’s the saying, once you go ginger, you never…???
I’ve been around (beans are out!)…just busy trying to get and keep my ducks in a row.
Your elliptical training sounds great, especially the fact that you’re able to see yourself progress on it. Nice work!!
I’ve been doing high incline walking or running in the morning, then doing incline sprints or prowler sprints after leg days. I’ve started doing some metabolic circuit conditioning as a PM session on upper body days, but I’ve been struggling with wanting to get to the gym lately, which is a new and not welcome feeling. I’m blaming spending all that energy on trying to keep track of the fucking ducks for the change in attitude. Till then, fake it til I make it and shizz…
Back is looking THICK. hooooo baby I love me some viking pics.
