^ Their won’t be a daddy dog. I gave my little rescue, the one in my avi to my kid & her husband. Gonna give this one all my attention. She needs to get adjusted to a new lifestyle. Avi pup will only be a few miles up the rd. We can visit or vice/versa at anytime.
Sunday night sucked but Monday night was great(even though it was at work and I had only a limited distance to sprint I felt I pushed it good). Good news for the work sprints is that the parking structure will soon be swept and I will have a nice long stretch to sprint on. It’s too slippery with dirt right now to be safe, construction sites are soooooo dirty and dusty. :-/
Tonight was okay for sprints but that was my fault, I had eaten too close to sprints and I was a bit pukey after the second sprint. I use lines on a soccer field as my distance markers and I was close to the next line. Hopefully I’ll get that distance this week. Oh and this is the 5 sprints per session day.

Migraines?
I used to get really bad sinus headaches that would hang around all day and turn into a migraine almost(pukey headache). Not fun. I’ve been taking care of the allergies better so I don’t have those anymore or at least they don’t get as bad anymore.

What do you do for your allergies now? The last couple of years my asthma started again during the summer months.[/quote]
Well I had some big problems from when I was living in an area that was dealing with a forest fire raging all summer(it was raining ash), then I moved to this place which is a rainforest so crazy allergies. So I was put on this steroid nasal spray for a while and taking reactin every day just to get it under control.
Now I’m a bit more used to the area so I use a saline nasal spray or the sinus wash things(with saltwater) to flush it out if it gets more serious. I rarely use reactin anymore and have not used the steroid nasal spray in over a year almost 2 years now.
But saline wash + reactin + liquid advil is what I use now if a sinus headache actually happens.
