Great job on the sprints! & your pussy looks intriguing.[/quote]

lol thanks

Intriguing? Irl she looked a bit more offended actually. :frowning:

This pic was her having her patience tried by her food preparer taking flash photos of her.

^I’m not a cat lover, but she is cute. & has a shiny coat.

Print I am so proud of you for doing ab work, I know how much you hate it.

And yay floor pressing budddayy! Sounds like a good time!

Thanks Spooky.

Would be a better time if we were training together, no?

For sure! Especially when I miss a lift and have to attempt to unsqish myself from underneath the bar…

FUCK YEAH EDGY!! You owned that even without your lucky deadlifting shirt, HA!

That looked pretty easy.

My unsolicited advice (because I’m annoying like that) is to stay at that weight until you get to the point where yor hips and shoulders rise in unison, and then you lock it out. Think “leg press” off the floor.

Awesome job, Edgy!

More PRs!

thanks for the kudo’s, all~

I know that my form sucked, sure feels right when you’re pulling it, but looks like hell on the vid.

I was thinking that I back off to 80% for triples, and work on my form, whaddya think, Git?

I think that is a great idea.

edit: actually, 80% of 405 is only 325 which might be the right weight. I would probably just back off to the point where form starts to break down and work around there. It might be 365.

The first was okay but the rest were all longer than my best day last week and I was totally doing the scary Tom Cruise sprint face too.

To piggyback on Git’s observation, I would HIGHLY recommend dropping the weight during the lower phase once you get to the knees. Here’s why:

“the greatest risk of injury on the DL is the last few inches when setting down the weights”

thats good information, Riki~

thanks for stopping in - that was a helpful vid~

My pleasure, Edgy! Glad to be a help!

P.S. There is nothing more satisfying than dropping the weight and having heads turn. LOL

Nice pull edgy. I’ve been waiting a few days for that.
