Oh lord, you’re right. Especially on a treadmill. Horrible.
^Run backwards on it. Boredom will dissipate faster than you think.

Yep, at least you can do planks, side planks, band pull downs, roman chair situps, regular situps, crunches, weighted ab work, knees to bar etc

Yeah but with teh cardio at least you can know your getting something out of it. With ab work it just sucks but still no damn abs.
wow cool, I did almost the EXACT same ab circuit as you did yesterday!
I did weighted sit ups
hanging leg raises
ab roll out
but then I did that oblique twisty thing on the decline ab thingie instead. I should try side bends…
You still on the AD? Which workout days do you refeed on? Or are they off days for you? I am kinda on the primal diet, except I am not mental like those people
I eat mostly veggies for carbs, but I am thinking about adding a massive sweet potato binge once a week and I am not sure what day i want to put it on, ha.
I eat according to my cravings but that means that because I can eat anything I want I don’t binge. My goals are more lifts and fitness not so much physique so I just worry most about the best time to eat before so I can get the best lifts and the best run. I don’t have it down for the run but for lifts I need to make sure I’m fueled but not full. Sprints I need to finish hungry any food at all slows me down. That is the extent of my dieting.
I am willing to do up to 15 mins on a machine otherwise forget it unless it is a serious emergency all cardio must be outside or at work. I can’t handle the machines for steady state cardio.

YEP! Still doin’ the AD. Though I’m manipulating a little bit. It seems w/all the meat, oils, eggs & the such I’m staying full all of the time. The bad thing is I’m not getting in nearly enough calories. So I started at the end of the night w/16oz skim milk & 2 scoops powder. Give that a try & see what happens. My refeeds are on the weekends. I try to eat everything Sat. & Sun. The positive I;ve found w/the AD is I sleep like a baby & energy out the wazoo. & anyone who has seen my wazoo (& their are a lot who have) will tell you that is quite the accomplishment.
BTW- I’m the worst veggie eater on the East coast. I can’t stand them.
so -
got back early from Tahoe, unpacked and did what? went straight to the gym!
Shoulder day -
15 min cardio
weighted abz
warmup with machines then
MP 5 sets of 5 reps w/ 155 - wanted to take it easy and get back in a groove.
then did some seated OH hammer press, one arm DB reverse fly’s, then some Tri’s
home.

got to clear the head a little.

BUT…
there were toooooooo many mirrors in the bedroom, and needless to say, I am now on a quest to lose BF.
when I was younger, mirrors in the bedroom = good
now, mirrors in the bedroom = bad
Welcome back. Random ass picture. Just because.
