So here is my latest bloodwork 6-7 weeks after last pct with clomid nolva…
Is there anything that could cause my symptoms (low libido, ed) based on this bloodwork or something that seems off?
I will check it out… As of yesterday I am taking a low dose of aromasin 6.25mg to try and lower my e2 a little bit… Not to 22pg/ml cause I think thats too low for anyone., but closer to 30…i already see some minor difference in libido but ever since yesterday I have SEVERE anxiety and chest discomfort… I doubt I crashed my e2 with a single low dose… I hope it gets better.
Another thing to keep in mind is the use of AIs all together. You might not need an AI at all. Some people react horribly to them, and some people even need higher estro for their libido to sky rocket.
These drugs are so interesting. Their different for everyone.
If higher doses of AI do not work for you, then try going no AI for a bit. Unfortunately the only thing that will help is time.
Oh you meant total t I thought shbg. Anyway we’ll not much is different still trying to figure it out… But I realized that I keep taking all these serms and ai’s trying to make my hormones optimal and maybe that’s why I don’t recover 100%. I ll try to stay off every thing for 3-4 months and get bloodwork
So after strangling for so long on May I started trt. At first it was a roller coaster with symptoms like palpitations, kidney pains etc. As I want to do everything by the book I ve done 3 blood work since starting and everything I should check is fine. hematocrit, platelet count, ALT, AST. Hormones are stable after increasing my dose to 170mg per week split in 2 doses. Total t 882 e2 33 shbg 35.
Ed isn’t fully healed. I am not like pre steroids BUT I am also nothing like I was before trt. I am much better. Libido comes and goes, usually after a dose change it skyrocketes for a couple of weeks. What I did notice was that while my erections are not 100% they are more frequent during the day, my viagra pills are in the drawer ever since starting and it’s much easier to get an erection.
I had a doppler ultrasound on my penis a week ago trying to figure out why I can’t get 100%.
Doc said no plaque in arteries, no venous leak.
He did say that my issue is arterial but I think he only said that so he can sell me the shockwave therapy which costs 800€ cause when I asked for the ultrasound results he said that nothing seems off on the test.
It could be that I am not yet completely dialed in, who knows.
I do feel much better overall, I was very hesitant at first (that’s why it took me 2,5 years with Ed to do it) but when I started I realized that Ed was just one of the problems. My confidence is much higher and I am doing things for myself that I have been postponing for years.
