not an inherently bad idea. Don’t always want to rely on stimulants to get you through your workouts, though. Your adrenals need a break once in a while.

Ox6, well, you’ve got your ephedrine to caffeine ratio right, but let me understand this, you’re just using this as a pre-workout stimulant?
Ephedrine won’t work well as a fat-loss supp if your carbs are high (insulin counteracts the fat burning effects of ephedrine), but I guess that’s a moot point because you say you’re on a bulking phase.

Of course.
I’m not delusional and trying to think I will burn fat and gain muscle. It just helps me hit PR’s and helps me get the most out of my workout.

really? i thought that it was yohimbine that needed insulin levels low…
i thought ephedrine increased metabolic rate, in general.
