I’m trying to bulk but I want to stay lean. But… I take in alot of fat…
1L per milk a day and usually 500ml is 2% and 500ml skim.
regular fat cheese, at 12g fat per slice (~2 slices per day).
2tbsp of 3.6.9 blend in my morning cereal.
3 Flameout pills a day.
2 tbsp of organic peanut butter a day
2 tbsp of olive oil in my cooking.
This is roughly standard and this excludes all the fat in my meat, yogurt, eggs, almonds, protein bars
at 170lbs I make sure I get 170g protein every day (missing it maybe once every 2 weeks at most and usually going over)
its hard for me to estimate but I’m having a lot of fat each day. I’ve gained 21lbs over the past 12 weeks and for 2 weeks or so I cooled it down on the eating because I gained 18lbs in 9 weeks, now I’m starting to gain again - lifts are increasing again (when I slowed down eating I wasn’t increasing my weight as fast, at all or even seeing losses).
Should I eat less fat? i.e. cut out the cheese and 2% milk? or just start walking 20-40 min a day more than I currently do?
