Nothing major only things that take one hand.(Protein cookies, cut up chicken, etc.) Hell I drive one handed anyway. I really don’t know many peaople who drive with two hands on the wheel beside my mom.
Is putting food into your mouth really any different than looking away for a second to change the radio station or to check your GPS?

OP mentions peeling eggs/oranges and eating food requiring utensils while speeding down the highway in what is presumably rush hour traffic. These activities typically involve no hands on the wheel (perhaps steering with knees or bracing the wheel with wrists - neither of which is excusable unless you are packing or smoking a bowl, btw). That the commute is only 15 - 20 minutes makes it even more ridiculous.
Not only do those types of food require her to occasionally remove both hands from the wheel, they also require a greater amount of attention than sipping from a can of beer. Unless, of course, you enjoy the taste of egg shells.
Plus, you know, the whole woman driver thing.
