Definitely, I think the weighted dips will as well the other side of deload should be a decent indicator…

Was supposed to deload last week, ended up unloading…Was out with my dogs on a trail and lost my footing on a slope and jammed my shoulder so took the week off…and mastered one handed shampoo…but all seems fine.

Hey Kev- just going to do a 30 day(November) squat ( BW) challenge on top of normal workouts… its starts with 50 a day and I think day 30 you do 240( I really don’t want to know). I"m hoping that might jump start my pathetic squatz. It will suck on squat days…

I’m going to use the Contreras 30 day glute challenge with two mods…I’m cutting the volume in half on both the squat and hip thruster… the split squat and single leg stuff I’ll play by ear…for me its about trying to maintain the discipline of doing it everyday so I want it to be a challenge but its not a cornerstone of my training…if that makes sense…
