Anyone seen this? Not particularly groundbreaking or anything but just thought I’d post it for interest.
Misleading title IMO. “Early death linked to LOW muscle power” or “linked to muscle weakness” would be better.

The more interesting study is how blood from younger mice injected into the older mice, caused the older mice to rejenerate their mental sharpness and caused a change in aging. Whoremoans in the blood.
I really only lift for life extension purposes. But still a nice reminder. Knowing you look as good as possible =more confidence, more confidence = more sex . It also raises iq, however thats only if you do not eat 3 cans of mercury containing tuna a day. Usually people who have been successful building a good physique, didnt pull it off by being half retarded.
I notice a pattern that the biggest morons in the gym are also the most out of shape, the classic retard who you see for 3 years straight and still looks exactly the same, or the ones who walk in, do some stretches maybe a few lunges if they ate enough chocolate bars that day, and leave but than accuse you of being on steroids because you bother reasearching to invest your time efficiently and actually Get gains. Most of the big guys in gyms are serious dudes.

Er Also, if you do it properly… Than its a positive feedback loop. Changes everything, even though it is an illusion. But w.e.
