I hate to sound like a broken record, but here I go.
The end result of aromatization, absolutely. When one is obese, insulin resistant expect that person to convert more testosterone than usual to estrogen and believe it or not affects everyone differently, high estrogen that is.
There are detailed studies of how Cialis decreases aromatization in a 12 month period and I experienced what many others have experience, which is a decrease in aromatization verified by laboratory testing which legitimizes those studies.
That’s powerful anecdotal evidence which I’ll take this over the limited studies of estradiol for which non focus on higher estradiol levels in men on TRT.
Cialis does not act as an aromatase inhibitor. Tadalafil specifically modulates aromatase. The important thing to note is that it seems to reduce aromatase by an anti oxidant effect therefore reducing the demand for aromatase rather than binding to and inactivating the enzyme itself.
You can ‘feel’ a rise in androgens. You do not ‘feel’ aromatization. You might as well tell me you can ‘feel’ fairies flying around you sprinkling pixie dust.
You can “believe it or not” until the cows come home but your beliefs will have zero bearing on science. Obese men will convert more T to E2 leaving them with less T. They simply need to raise T to a level that resolves symptoms. As they increase muscle mass and lose bodyfat, aromatization will reduce, less T will be converted to E2, leaving them with the potential of lowering their dose to attain the same serum levels as before. Estradiol is not a factor here.
