Yea willy…it’s our local highschool football field, and track. It’s actually pretty nice, one set up the bleachers is 37 steps. But it’s all aluminum seating ya know, and it’s really hot. I just wasn’t up for it today.
I can work like a damned mule when it’s 25 degrees and snowing out, but the heat just kills me.

Hey DZ… love the tat, gonna look great when done.

Find out which shit-rat slashed your tire yet? F’in coward piece of trash.

Training looks awesome… especially the cardio. Makin’ me feel guilty… lol!

HAHAHA!! I’m just the opposite, give me 98 degrees and 100% humidity and I’ll go all day long. let it get below 50 and I’m a slug.

I’m sure I know who it was, but the video from the parking lot only shows a person in a white shirt. It’s one of the guys in my crew. I’m sure by now he thinks he’s gotten away with it, and eventually he’ll screw up, then I’ll fire his ass. In the mean time, I get the satisfaction of working his fat ass off.

Niiiiicccceee…

As for the goof that damaged your personal property… hope he does not have an “unfortunate” accident, like slipping and falling in the parking lot. That would be terrible.

Hehehe…that’d be awful, wouldn’t it?

Alright fellas, last workout of the week, and taking a week off. First thing in the morning taking the family to Kansas City to visit family, take in a Tigers game against KC, amusement park, water park. Basically, a weeks vacation. Will begin to train for Sept. meet when I return.

Todays workout

Tire flips
5 sets (80 flips)

120lb stone carries
5 sets back and forth across the yard

I can finally carry that big assed stone there and back in one set. I was carrying it one way dropping it, sucking wind then back the other way. Hopefully that will carry over to some bigger lifts. Have a great week guys! Train Hard!

Have a great vacation DZ!

Way to go on the stone carry!
Did you just decide to go for the round trip carry all at once? Or did you try and have to set it down half way through the return trip?

Have a great time DZ, look to see a big push to the September meet.

Thanks guys!

Soldog the first set was like I used to do 'em. Walk it one way and drop it, then pick it up and go the other way. But it didn’t feel like I had to do that so the next time I just went for it. It was tough as hell, but I was OK. I figured out how to lift it and hold it in a way that’s not so awkward. That makes it easier to get back and forth without having to let it go. Ya know, now that I reflect a bit, picking that sucker up off the ground is the hard part. BTW the stone I’m carrying in the avatar is the 80lb rock. The 120 is a bigger and not so round.

Makes one wonder, just how far can we take it. Awesome work DZ, you have to love those moments when you decide to go for it and you succeed. You paid your dues and got your reward. I guess next it’s there and back and there again, never ends Bro’s.

Enjoy the family time, eat, heal and relax. You earned it!
