Dustin Hoffman and 9/11 ?

Acclaimed screen star DUSTIN HOFFMAN has slammed US President GEORGE W BUSH for manipulating the 9/11 terrorist attacks to facilitate the invasion and occupation of Iraq.
The RAIN MAN actor now feels “self-conscious” about being American because he can understand why the nation has become a focus for resentment around the world.
He says, "I think that the administration manipulated the grief of 9/11. They did it then and they do it now.

Yeah…yeah, definitely… definitely a conspiracy.

I love actors. They somehow make the mistake that we give a fuck about thier opinions. I don’t give a damn what their politics are. They just need to act and shut the fuck up.

Agreed. Who the fuck cares what an entertainer thinks about politics?

Maybe we should clarify- The America hating actors that embolden the enemy by giving them aid and comfort, such as Jane Fonda, Charlie Sheen, Susan Sarandon, and Tim Robbins. You know the ones, the commies that hate America. They are the retards we are talking about, not the patriotic actors. Yes there are exceptions to every rule, Reagan, John Wayne, and Arnie are patriots that love this country.

But a true patriot in any country loves the country more than the government.

And I’m sorry to say but the goons you have as an administration hate your country just as much as the feminazi (fonda), that annoying actor (sheen) and the rest of the douchebags.

Now I’m not saying your bubmbling goons are siding with the ‘enemy’ (whoever the hell that may be as you have been led to believe by your media), but merely that they are self-serving assholes who are in it only for themselves and don’t give a shit about the lot of you.

"I think that the administration manipulated the grief of 9/11. They did it then and they do it now.

I completely agree with that statement. The administration used anger and grief over 9-11 as a pretense to invade Iraq.

They even tried to use 9-11 to influence the last election… Cheney told the media if people vote Democratic, we’ll get hit by terrorists again (never mind that it’s predicted that another attack is probable, no matter who is in office).

So hell yes, President Cheney and Vice President Bush and their cronies act like 9-11 is the best thing that ever happened to their political ambitions.

All of you guys are right. Terrorism is not the defining issue of our time. Thats right, Bush and Cheney were happy 911 happened. They probably set it up. Lets talk about the real important topics. If only America could become a mass welfare socialist state. Then we could work towards being a full blown communist state so we can have quality healthcare like they do in Cuba. Capitalism sucks, you can tell by all of the people risking their lives to get out of this terrible country. Big government is the way to go, the Soviets had it right.
You dumbasses need to wake up and quit hating this country. Quit making excuses about why you can’t make it and the GWBs of this country keep you down. The truth is you have all the opportunity in the world to make something of yourself here and alls you do is complain. Get off your ass and better yourself. None of you jackoffs care about the soldiers or the war, you just hate Bush and the war is your chance to show your opposition to him. If it is so bad here go to Cuba, a nice established communist state, where everyone is equal and you can’t work your way to the top and if you oppose the government there you die. Yeah, it is so bad here. The bottom line is if you complain about living here and can’t make it, then you are truly hopeless and do need government assistance, you poor pathetic people quit making excuses get off your lazy ass. If only the corporations, oil companies, and George Ws would give you their piece of the pie then it would be fair. Life has been so unfair to you. BOO HOO HOO!!!
Give me a break, go to freakin Cuba, then when decide to defect don’t come cryin to us. Freedom has never been free, ever, some are willing to fight those that oppose it and some won’t, because they are scared or for political reasons. 3000 CIVILIANS were murdered by terrorists in our streets and there will be more and you are telling me your welfare checks, free third world country style healthcare, and gay rights are going to be more important than stopping these maniacs. WHATEVER!!! Please give me one issue more important than the mass murder of our innocent civilians!

Loving one’s country is fine but to put an ism on it turns it into dogmatic thinking which leads to the situations we are fighting against currently.

There is no one definition for patriotism–how does one express the feelings one has for something as large and abstract as the USA and is there only one way to do this. I love my country like I love my job. It has it’s good points and its bad and I would quickly turn my back on it if I felt it was doing me or my family harm. Being patriotic means you put your country before your self and everything associated with the self. This seems irrational to me as nations are dynamic and subject to change–why would I commit myself to that?

So back to the subject…why hate on hoffman for giving an opinion? No reason for it, people give their opinions all the time and it just so happens celebrities are heard by millions of people. No one can say that none of their friends have talked about government conspiracy with 9/11 and Iraq…so this means your very friends are retards? Come on dude get a clue. No one will ever know the truth anyway, so people can just assume and think they are right, me on the other hand will just go with the flow and let other people do the talking about the whole conspiracy theory.

Looking out for #1. No wonder you didn’t like the Marines. You are really mixed up. You are the most important thing in your universe. That’s sad.

You are exactly right, thank God we have young men who are willing to do what you will not, put their lives in harms way for the betterment of the country. People have been willing to die for people like you for years in this country, but you put your “self” before that like many others. Thank God there are men and women who will sacrifice their lives so you can live off of the fruits of this country and bitch about it the whole time without committing your"self". I love the fact, I as well as many others, were willing to die for people like you. I am also glad someone like you isn’t fighting for our side, with your "self"ish attitude. Putting ones country above ones “self” is what makes our servicepeople the greastest and most honorable people in this country and the world for that matter. The selfless service people keeping the "self"ish people safe, as always. Maybe you should take the time to thank some of these selfless people that have went to fight the enemies of this country in your stead as well as other "self"ish peoples stead.

Thank God these guys didn’t think putting ones country before ones “self” was irrational!!!
