Anyone have any advice on foods to eat during a long (2 hours+) workout? Its olympic lifting btw. I was thinking a banana and protein shake? Any other ideas would be welcome.
I dont wanna kiss this companys ass or anything but a BIG shaker full of 3-4 scoops of Surge sipped throughout the workout would be optimal in my opinion. you could even toss creatine into that bad boy

say no to solid foods when you workout. i prefer to be a little hungry when i train so i get rapid transport of the Surge and water that i drink throughout the workout. if you don’t have Surge get some protein that you like and sip that with some honey mixed in or table sugar. laters pk
Surge or Skim Milk.
Both work great for me, Surge better of course milk feels a litle heavier due to the casien I think but once used to it its OK. When using the skim milk I usually add a hard candy of simple sugars as well few peices during the workout. Check the label avoid HFCS based ones if doing that.
