Listen Now → Drum’n’Bass
Get a cheap electric drum set, plug your laptop/mp3 player directly to the AUX input, and start playing along.
I’m self taught on a regular set, but over the last few years while serving I’ve had an electric set and used it to practice. It aint’ too bad.

Do some research, d&b is a wild genre with many different types of styles. Especially for a form of dance music, which is usually one constant beat, d&b can have many different drum patterns.

Don’t know, but the term LTJ Bukem came from two things.
LTJ is like the Spanish term for the DJ… I think
Bukem was from an old TV show where one of the catch phrases was, “Book em’ Danno”
So yeah, I dunno
DEATH FROM ABOVE!

They blow, and they certainly aren’t d&b
I think there are only minute differences between all the varieties of electronica. and it all comes down to two categories in the end: (1) good and (2) shit.
You’ve got breakbeat, jungle, d 'n b, electro, garage, dub-step. All of them are just hip hop music sped up.
Hip hop varieties include gangsta rap, g-funk, miami bass, bounce…
Then house, trance, techno are more straight forward beats.
DJ Craze is alright. Freq Nasty. Karsh Kale. And you can steal all their music for free on the internet
drum and bass is not hip-hop, not at all.
sometimes a guy raps over the beats but its not the same thing. just cause something has drums and lyrics it doesnt become hip-hop.
Try listening to Dub Step if you like D and B its pretty good, got a CD of it for an Secret santa at work.
