First, I’m pretty new to TRT therapy. Been doing injections of testosterone cypionate for about 9 months. Anyhow, I am injecting 150mg per week and have been for the duration. I got my levels checked back in June (Thursday injection / Monday labs) and my total T was at 809. I just had them ran again today (Saturday injection / Tuesday labs) and my level was 330.
I guess my question is why such a drop? Waiting on my Estradiol levels to come back, and they were a bit elevated back in June, but when they put me on a blocker I felt like crap with bad side effects. Is it possible that most of the T is now being converted to E even more and that’s why the levels are low?

Just wondering what was the value of these elevated levels? Did you have any symptoms from high estrogen at all?
Let me ask you this, have you recently gotten a new vial of test? Have you inspected it to see any inconsistencies? Reason I ask this is because I saw a YT video of a guy whose level dropped to basically nothing because he had received a bad batch of test.
Maybe a lab error. It just doesn’t seem possible if the Test is good, that you would be getting 330 a few days after your injection.
Never had an error from this lab in the past. How do I tell if the test I got was bunk? It’s clear with a bit of a slight yellow/off-white color.
Just got my estrogen levels back and they were normal. Right in the middle of the range. So both estrogen and testosterone were down quite a bit from June under the same regimen. Bad test?
