Drinking Coffee!

Question about coffee.

Like a lot of other people I�??m trying to lose fat. I drink 1 or 2 cups of coffee at work in the mornings. I drink it black no sugar.

My question is: Is it better to drink it in a short period of time or is it okay to drink on it for like 30-45 minutes? Does it make a difference?

It’s black with no sugar so it really doesn’t matter how long it takes you to drink it.

The world of fat loss, timing how long it takes you to drink something really doesn’t mean much.

What matters much more is what you are putting into your body.

How about telling us the rest of your diet if you want some real help!

I used to drink lots of coffee (at least 4-5 cups) but that isnt helthy :smiley:

Now i drink one in morning, then in afternoon i switched coffee with green tea (wich is helthy) and 45 mins before gym training (when i come home from job) i drink another cup togeather with some vitamin C, L-Carnitine and Charge from Labrada + water.

Charge already has 200mg of caffine, so before your workout you are taking 400mg of caffine? Not seeing how this is any better than the 4 cups of coffee you were drinking before.
