Dream 4/EliteXC Hawaii Discussion

Aoki pulled off a gogoplata from mount…unbelievable.

K.J. Noons - Not your average can.

Seriously, hopefully people will leave this kid alone now. He legitimately beat up Diaz, yet people were saying he was a fluke, etc.

Yeah, well TKO @ 0:48 R1.

Please, please, please let Saku retire soon…

Nick’s going to bust KJ’s ass if he gets to fight him again

That was a horrific beating. I expected nothing less, however.

Both events are already over and both have aired live on TV. If you are clicking on a dicussion thread of the events after that fact, well then tough shit for you.

Saku should hang it up…he’s one of my all-time favs, but it’s time.

Jacare looked good in his first real tough test. Remember, Mayhem has given some of the best in the world a very tough time.

Ralek Gracie is awesome on the ground…

I thought Mayhem’s gameplan was kind of stupid. He defended all the subs extremely well, but he wasn’t really scoring any offense when he tried to go down to the mat with Jacare.

And all the Mayhem Monkeys weep…

Diaz is a good fighter…but buy a personality dude, act like a professional and act like you wanna be there…the Noons Post fight antics made me role my eyes…the whole EliteXc card was Meh…Haven’t seen Dream 4 yet.

Sweeeeeet…

Quick way to lose fans imo… both of them… I was very disappointed. Noons doesn’t get a pass on that shit though because he tried to start drama with Crazy Horse (of all people who you’d think would be the one to act ghetto) at their press conference. My point is, he has a history of participating and instigating dramatic/unnecessary bullshit. Diaz bro’s? Well thats nothing unusual. Though classless.

Odd thing. It will make both of them more popular (we’re talking about the same fan base that likes 50 Cent).

Quick synopsis of Dream:

1st 1/2 was great, 2nd half was good. (lol)

Didn’t know Noons had a history of that…never saw the crazy horse fight/press conf…i have been enlightened.Sadly although EliteXc has some decent competitors and a couple good elements …the Gary Shaw factor will eventually lead the show down the shitter…who am i kidding i just wanna see the girls fight…lol

I don’t know why everybody jumped on Nick in this instance. They [Diaz’s] were obviously told to go out there and hype the fight. Then when they do and KJ’s retard dad starts running around like he can ball, everybody bags on the Diaz’s. I would’ve liked to see the red-faced, angry man face down after he tried to cheap shot Nick.

Nick Diaz is exactly what I want to see in a fighter. Is never afraid of a fight and never, ever quits…I’ll take that any day of the week.

As for Noons, I’d be a bit pissed off at him if I were Nick after the excessive celebration after the doctors gave him the win. Who celebrates a doctor’s stoppage like that when the other fighter obviously wants to continue fighting?

well yeah thats true but sometimes these threads are for predictions and to talk about the fight before they actually happen. yeah they both aired on tv but at a time which i couldnt watch so don’t get all pissy tough guy.

anyway, miller was not at his best at all. i think he needs to stop screwing around and be serious. he’s funny as hell though.

melvin manhoeff was a beast. though i think jacarea would submit him…

Same!

The girls ALWAYS bring it. I’ve never been disappointed in watching female combat sports and i mean from grapplers quest to judo comps to muay thai to boxing.

Here’s the noons thing:
