At this point, it is pretty tricky to convey my actual thoughts on the above tangent as you are obviously correct in what you say.

you ALWAYS have your majority, then your minorities and your exceptions to rules. This is obviously no different. One thing that I like to point out is that, lets assume 60% of a total population are deemed ‘idiots’.

60% of america’s total population vs 60% of sweden’s population(~10 million ppl) brings out a huge difference in the amount of people. Having that said, just going by the numbers, yeah americans dominate the world in everything, including WRs/QBs and pop-culture-loving-emo-foruming-weight-lifters.

I can’t stand his music. I am truly not hating him…but the industry. His sound is so constant and unchanging, I really don’t see him lasting like people who have been there for decades like Lil Wayne…who isn’t scared to try new styles.

With that said, I won’t ever laugh at the dude for trying to lift.

if his form is that bad, he can afford a trainer…so no worries.

Honestly, this may lead to some people lifting who never would have…which will just make the gym more crowded.

Well, at least Drake posted a video, albeit with shitty form and not much weight. More than most of T-Nation can say (myself included)

Not sure why he’s so hated. From most accounts he’s a pretty decent guy who treats his fans well, and some of his songs are pretty catchy.

390 Awhile ago when I weighed 165-167, done without chalk, without straps, without a belt, and it came up cleanly, and at 15 years old. I think his deadlift looks like shit, and he could definitely use better form if he doesn’t want to tear a bicep/cause wear and tear on his spine.

I also don’t think there is any purpose for having a shit storm about someone’s deadlift who you don’t even know in person, or have even talked to online.

I can discuss how music style all day long…but won’t hate because an average gym person didn’t deadlift perfectly.
