Speaking of direct pressure and massaging the area. A couple weeks ago I pinned a delt and I always use the corner of a wall in my bathroom as a massage/scratching post. Well I wasnt paying attention I guess and had some blood leakage. The next day the wife asked me why there was blood all over the wall. She’s cool about gear but I had to repaint the corner.
Wow. Really appreciate all of your help so much. Just when I thought I had everything I needed to know to start a cycle I find out about so much more. It’s really hard to find solid and detailed logs out there. People are very vague about supplementing aas but I know for good reason. Nothing against them. I think I just went to far with pinning the 2ml into one site. I’m hoping that cutting that in half will solve a lot of my problems. I will put a heated rag over the pin site before pinning as well as running under hot water too. I till definitely let everyone know how that goes as soon as it’s done. I’m sure you’ve heard of pinning fever? I get that too and haven’t really mentioned it except up until just now. Also I experienced it again for about 20 minutes earlier this evening. Also I’m starting to crave a lot more protein, specifically meat. Not sure if that is just normal craving or if it’s got anything to do with onsets.
Third Pin just went in. Uppermost left quad. 1ml. Everything went smooth except I’m nervously expecting to be bed ridden another 4 days. Right quad is doing a lot better. I’ve been applying a heating pad to it off and on today and it seems to be loosening up the tightness in the muscle. Later tonight I’m definitely hitting the gym to do some chest and arms. Idgaf. Later Ill be in the sauna and hot tub relaxing after I get some nutrients into my body. I’m noticing my muscles are constantly looking fuller all day long now even as I’m typing this it looks like I did an arm set about 30 minutes ago. Not an insane pump but definitely not flat either.
Real fast: Got in some much needed Gym time. Everything was insane. Pumps were freakish. People Stared at me. Pin feels good so far. Im having good thoughts about this 1ml thing. Gonna pin again on friday. Ate a chicken breast post in a nice sandwich, gotta grub down on some more protein here in a bit.
Just in case anyone was wondering my diet is always clean and on point. I never Dirty Bulk. Fuck all that. If your gonna spend crazy money on a nice cycle why ruin it with a dirty bulk? Again I blame that on the new age laziness-bros.
Macros: 50fg, 320cg, 200pg. Rough numbers subject to change depending on daily activity. Those are solid benchmark numbers though. Protein is always high however. Only one that really changes the most is the carbs. Im one of those guys that can easily bulk with less than 3200cal. Lucky me Or maybe thats cuz I dont dirty bulk COUGH COUGH. haha. Thanks man. I actually pinned upper left quad yesterday. 1ml@250mgs SuperTestE. It feels wayyy better at a lower dose. Going to pin 250 twice a week(T/F) instead of trying to slam the whole 500 at once. Im going to hit the ventro-glute on Friday.

I’m interested to see how this turns out. You should be eating more. I know you’re not a fan of a “dirty bulk” but what you’re eating now doesn’t even remotely qualify as a bulk. The Starting Strength community really fucked up people’s heads with their reckless weight gain strategies. Most of them look like shit when they’re done.
The kids that get fat on a “dirty bulk” are doing too much too soon. They haven’t done a proper bulk before and jump into 2000 extra calories a day. Admirable enthusiasm right there, but not what’s called for. If you insist on eating like you do now, at least try to squeeze in a few calorie bombs a week.
Remember, Arnold fed himself on burgers and meat sandwiches If you’re using real gear now I’d suggest you try the same. You don’t need to eat 1 gallon of ice cream or anything either. Your diet right now looks like something I’d suggest to a 120lb female crossfitter though. Seriously. That’s not hate, by the way.
I’m not trying to ruffle feathers here. If you’re on steroids, eat like you mean it. If you’ve been using prohormones and superdrol but bust people’s balls for their “lazy” bulks, you should probably keep your opinions to yourself. It’s hard for me - and I imagine a few other people on here - not to take your earlier comments personally. I took myself from 160 to 200 in 2.5 years doing great big winter bulks and I always look good in the summertime.
That’s how shit really gets done naturally. That shit isn’t easy and most people with similar criticisms are lazy, weak, and small, and generally stay that way.
On a less touchy subject, stick with smaller shots and heat the oil under a faucet before you swap needles. Massage the area a little more than you have been. You might have gotten some shady oil, too. I hit 2ml of 300mg/ml for my first ever injection and I was barely sore two days later.
Thanks for the advice man, but honestly when I start going over 2800 calories I gain a significant amount of belly fat easily. I generally keep cardio to a very minimal when I’m bulking. I know diet and nutrition is a science but everyone is different. Trust me I will be ramping up my calories If I need to. I’m very good at being able to tell when I can eat more. Generally I just like to add more protein and carbs for a 2/1 ratio 2 being the protein. It gets to a point for me when carbs are just going to make me fatter so I dont make those the staple of my bulk, I see much more lean mass gain from making the majority of my bulk come from extra protein over carbohydrates. That’s just the way I am, and how I prefer it.
Honestly dude Idk about this oil I mean my source is a great guy and everything but maybe just maybe his oil aint all that great. I’ve been giving him a steady stream of feedback this entire time so I’m hoping the next batch will have less BA. I just wish I could find more articles about the nature of BA and what it does to the body. I found a way to burn it out of a compound but then that would probably mess up the chemical structure of the aas. My left upper quad pin feels sore today. limping around a bit, and thank god I did not pin a 500 it would have been just like last week. I missed out of 4 days worth of work because of it. And I am a personal trainer so it doesnt look too good for my clients to know I “injured” myself. Anyways massaging, heating, rolling, man I’ve been at it all but I’ll do it some more. Also I’ll buy a gainer shake from the store and some extra chicken n rice to add some calories.
Each week Ill increase the calories by about 200-300 and see what happens.

Another real fast update. 3rd pin is feeling great. Dealt with only 16-ish hours of unbearable virgin muscle pain. Hit the gym again for some back and biceps. decided to pre-exhaust biceps first to really focus on the lats later on. thats one thing I really need to workout is getting my cobra in a lot better. my arms and traps really overshadow the lats. I had a shoulder injury a few years ago that really slowed down the progress in that area. I was still able to always do rows and weighted chinups but the shoulder position in the wide grip would kill. Now I 've rehabbed myself back into it and am trying to get as much hypertrophy as possible. successful day .

Hey dragon to help with some pain you may wanna invest in some thinner pins, just a thought but a 25g need is much smaller than a 23g and a backfilled slin pin is perfect for delts, I use them and I have no pain wat so ever so u may wanna look into that.
Whats up everybody. It’s been awhile since I’ve checked in. I just pinned this past tuesday ventro glute. feels fine. I can walk normally now but I’ve still got to be careful sitting down on it. I’ve been at the gym regularly and am already noticing a slight difference in composition. water weight is starting to be retained as well I’ve definitely got the “on” look.
One quick thing. I really need to work on my grip strength. Anyone have an ideas to target that? Mainly all I’ve been doing for it is barbell holds and pause-repping on the shug machine. Has anyone ever tried wrist curls as a way to strengthen grip?
One more side note. Andro50. Anyone ever run that solo or stacked it with test? What did you experience. I might be trying that out in the future.

Tips for Pain Free Injections - By Massiveguns
Use lower conc gear. Dilute with sterile oil if necessary
Lower injection volume. Its less painful to inject 1mL and do it frequently than 2mL and to be crippled
Use 30g slin pins. You can backload cheapo ones or if you’re feeling flashy you can buy 30g needles and 1mL syringes, and draw with an 18g needle, swap the needle for 30g and you’re laughing. Dont get smart and think “hey I can use a 30g need on a 3mL syringe” because you’ll be there all fucking day.
Inject slowly
Massage the area
Use a heating pad and or have a hot bath afterwards
Update. Im sad to say that I had to start PCT early. I think I just got a bad batch of gear because the swelling never got any better. I shot right delt and the second day it was so bad I couldnt move my arm. Theres no way this is virgin muscle. or maybe I just dont respond well to gear Idk. Im happy I tried at least. No bad feelings. I still gained a little size from 7 weeks in plus front loading superdrol. Im just gonna stick with orals now. Same source says he can get liquid anavar. Might give that a shot. Going to research it and find out if his anavar is better than the gear.

Guys I’m back. On AAS again. I’ve got things figured out. I’m short on time. I will give details soon but I’m running 600mg Test E week and 500mg Deca Pinning fri/monday. I’m also running oral anadrol. 50mg split 2x ED.
My gains are stalling. Im in week 8 of test. week 2 of introducing DECA and DROL. This is starting to look a lot more like a recomp than bulk.
Can anyone provide me with a link or where i can find information pertaining to nutrition specifically while on gear?! I’m doing all I can. Again I Promise to post details again and some recent progress pictures.

again the scale should not be an indicator of your progress. I mean if your body is recomping thats PERFECTLY FINE.
