Down 27lbs with OMAD. Losing fat but want to keep my shape – What’s next?

I’m looking for some guidance on my next steps. Since January, I’ve managed to go from 192 lbs down to 165 lbs using OMAD (One Meal a Day). My waist has dropped from 40" to 33.5", and while I’m thrilled with the fat loss, I’m starting to focus more on my overall shape and muscle tone.
I want to make sure I’m not just “shrinking,” but actually building a strong, athletic physique.

Is it possible to build muscle effectively on OMAD, or should I start spreading my protein intake across more meals?

It’s most likely true that you can build muscle MORE effectively by spreading protein intake out, but if OMAD is working for you, the tradeoff is most likely not worth it.
