Douche Bag Urologist, lol

So I went to my urologist today and he looked at my test and e2 levels and I told him about all my symptoms. He asks me 3 times if I’m taking steroids and says that my levels are normal (test 303, and E2 <3). How many people taking T have a 303 T level, lol. Then proceeds to tell me that all my symptoms could be resolved with 30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week. That includes not getting hard ons, lol. Is he a douche or what? Oh yea he said night sweats were nothing to worry about. On to the next doc I guess.

When all this bodybuilding business started out, it was calle4d Physical Culture. It was about being strong & healthy. While I take a lot of OTC supplements, circulation wise for the past 15 years I have taken 1000mg of C three times a day with meals. At age 67 just had my neck artery checked, zero blockage. Got the dead from a better sex health pamphlet. Zero failures, and I do aerobics, walks and weights. It does matter.

Thing that’s so aggravating is the arrogance of most doctors that think every one who comes in just wants a magic pill or is just after drugs. I have done a lot of research and understand that all or none of my symptoms may be related to low T. But would like a doctor who would at least try and work with me and see if it could be corrected by T. If my levels go up and my problems persist then it must be something else. Maybe a doctor could listen to the patient for once.

I went to the office of what is supposed to be one of the best urologists in the USA. Not the same situation as yours, and actually less complicated in my case. They still f’d up. Big time. Plus tried to get me to do a bunch of tests that had absolutely nothing to do with my situation. It would have cost me $2,000 or so beyond what I had already dropped on their $$$ fees.

I figured out what was up by doing lots and lots and lots of internet research. I figured it out myself and am 100% certain I’m correct. I got zero help from the docs. Supposedly the best anywhere. In fact, some of what they had me do was actually 100% the wrong thing to do, and was counter-productive.

Go figure.

I’m not sure the “next doc” will necessarily help. Keep working, researching, learning, and trying to do what you can on your own in addition to any doctor assistance.
