10 minute air bike ride last night
I’ve had a weird pain on the inside of my left elbow. I couldn’t even lift a gallon of milk into the fridge Saturday. I should have done legs today and rested it at least on more day. I just shut things down this morning before I made things worse. On the upside, the weight has finally started coming down.
Edit: I switched to generic Zepbound from the generic Wegovy 8 days ago. In the time I’m down about 6lbs. It is different. I feel like I COULD eat more in a sitting than I did on the Wegovy (maybe), but it definitely helps keep me full longer. Had made switching to IF very easy.

Hotel workout in a new hotel. I’m at the Embassy Suites, which is much better than Holiday Inn Express overall, but the gym is not much. I can make do, for sure, just need to plan things when I come here. I didn’t gain weight yesterday, so that’s good.

Happy I didn’t gain weight while traveling. I am doing good with having a big first meal of the day, then maybe a little snack to hold me until dinner, with a small dinner.

I usually get on the scale before I get in bed. I can expect to lose about 3.5lbs most nights. The last two nights I had a single drink of bourbon and only lost 1.5 lbs overnight. Not worth it, for sure.

Last night the FAA shut down ALL air traffic around El Paso for 10 days (including Life Flights). I was there a week ago. Would have sucked to have been stuck. We have providers who fly in and out all the time. Not sure what is going on.
Had a layover in San Diego yesterday and saw on the news that the Department of War (lol) said they shot down some Mexican cartel drones that were flying in the area.
Yeah, right. Pretty sure it was the alien reptiles dropping off new controllers.
Whenever I fly into my home town airport, I’m always amazed at how the pilots don’t manage to crash into that one skyscraper that is so stupidly located there.
But I’m also delighted that there is a Jack in the Box in the terminal.

Been craving an M&M Blizzard like crazy. I’ve managed to fight it off on the way home all week, but man…

Sometimes you can eat more “other things” if you are trying to put the fire of a craving out than if you just get the damn blizzard. I mean… I wouldn’t go with a giant one but…
I used to love the banana split blizzards. I honestly don’t know where this is a Dairy Queen around me anymore though. They tore down our old one and put a bank in it’s place.
Yeah, every ice cream place has a version and they are all about the same. Except Sonic. Screw Sonic. It’s just specifically a craving for a Blizzard because there’s a DQ on the way home.
