Yeah the resolutioners are taking over my gym as well. Happens every year until about 1-2 weeks into Feb and then it get’s back to normal.

My gym hasn’t been bad, but I get there at 6 and am out by 7. I know the after-work crowds are up though. I drive by my old gym and peak at the parking lot otw home from work and it is packed.

Oh Lordy, I am out of shape. The first set I only used the bar, but I’m counting it because my heart nearly exploded. I haven’t done these in years, and mostly used today to figure out a good weight to use and to get an estimate of how long it would take me to do.

Got a free pass to a Crunch gym by my house (my membership is at 24 Hour Fitness). I’m looking for a place where my wife and boys can go when everyone gets back. Overall, it had about the same equipment as 24 Hour Fitness. It wasn’t as crowded. It did have a couple of pieces of equipment that we don’t have that were nice. HOWEVER, the crowd skewed MUCH younger, none of the fucktards racked their weights, and if they did, they put big plates on little plates and shit like that. I can’t deal with that crap. I’m in and out in about 25 minutes. Can’t spend 10 of that unracking other peoples’ messes. And they didn’t have any dedicated things to stretch on. I’m old. I need to stretch.

It will work for my wife and boys though, and the price is right.

I ate the same thing Monday as Sunday. Sunday I lost 2.6 lbs. Monday I GAINED 3. Makes no sense. I don’t know what is going on with my weight, but it is frustrating.

Water/sodium/glycogen. Don’t sweat it. Weight gained in that shot of a period is not fat.

Here’s my surreal story of the day. My wife is really crafty? She makes stuff and sells in there. Anyway, Maxwell brought her a blue silk scarf and said “I thought you could make something pretty of this.” They aren’t allowed to have that there so my wife had to throw it away. Then later in the day, Maxwell lost her jacket and went and told the Lieutenant that someone stole it, so they locked down the ENTIRE campus. All four dorms, not just the one she is in. They almost had a riot. People were pissed. Turns out she had just left it on a windowsill outside. Then yesterday, they banned everyone from using phones and computers because they said she was being bullied.
