Dont diet

Hey I was just wondering if there was a typo in the massive eating article im pretty sure that JB says to get 50% of you calories from carbs 25% from protein and 15% from fats. That only adds up to 90. What about the other 10%?

Ignore this post I just re-read, I think theres a typo but earlier in the article JMB suggests a 50 35 15 split for people with high insulin sensitivity
