Interviews with athletes are often hard enough reading, but i just finished this interview with kevin pietersen, former england cricket captain. When it came to training and diet i just winced. Most of all i was shocked about the fact the once took the bodybuilding suppliment creatine…don’t you know that stuff will destroy your kidneys.
Ive found the media will go direct to athletes about their training, while a few are switched on alot are either left to their own devices, makes you wonder why they’ve been so successful.

Common misconception, alot of the catches require alot of explosivity, much to cricket snobs dislike some of the strength and conditioning practices of baseball are starting to creep in.
