Sorry guys, never fun to lose a good dog. But remember, all dogs go to heaven.
I’m not really sure how to deal with pictures, but here are a few of her, when she wasn’t so long in the tooth! Golly, I’m gonna miss her.

90+ lb shepherd sisters. The lighter color one was actually bigger than the black one (can’t tell from this pic) by about 5 lbs.
This was taken about 10 years ago when I was suffering from teh skinny.
Dogs died a few years ago. They were awesome.
When we sell this house we’ll get another dog. Probably a Malinois or black GSD, or, if I’m forced into a small dog (depends what we move into), a Parson Russell terrier.

Not sure how to post more than one photo :([/quote]
As far as I know the only way to post more than one photo is to upload to your hub then quote the pic in your post.
Attractive dogs and cute little boy, cute avi too.
I have no dog right now.
Just cats but when I have a yard I am so getting a dog.
I am dog owning vicariously though you guys, for now.
One of the first dogs my family had was a German Shepard named Sheba. Apparently one day when my mom and I(toddler) were playing in the front yard (closed in) my mom had to step inside to get the phone and a lady who lived in the neighborhood, and had been over at the house many times, went into the yard when my mom was in the house and picked me up. Sheba growled at her and menaced her out of the yard until my mom got back out. lol She was a very gentle dog otherwise. When I was 6 she was working at my dad’s body shop as a guard dog and was shot one night by an intruder, he stole a 20 dollar piece of equipment! My dad had to put her down.![]()

Yep, broke my dad up for sure.
I always thought it was weird, when I was a girl, that German Shepards were used at police dogs because I though they were really sweet dogs and not vicious at all.
It was awesome the year she had puppies, I remember spending hours in the garage corralled in with the puppies. lol

This sounds like heaven to me!

For MattyXL
Picture really doesn’t do much justice to his size. But Bhodi half mastiff half something. Currently estimated little less than a year, 105 pounds…maybe half grown.

My kind of pup, big and dopey looking.
I’ve seen my 85lbs pup drop a 220lbs man, and he has almost gotten me a couple time too when I wasn’t expecting him. But a big loopy eared, drooling bastard like that and I’d be toast, lol
