I can’t remember if I ever posted my Staffordshire bull terrier, Bailey, here.
(Not the best pictures, but they’re the ones I have uploaded here.)
So it’s been about a year since we lost our girl (page 4 of this thread, turns out it was almost an exact year to the day), but this past Saturday we got Roxy (or Carina, we’re still deciding).

This is my dog Rosalinda. She’s real. She’s small, that’s true, but it’s not her fault and she doesn’t know she’s small. I’d bet she’d jump between me and a bear without a moment’s hesitation because that’s what dogs do.
Sure she couldn’t beat a bear and I’d end up having to kill the bear to protect her, but it’s her indomitable spirit that counts.[/quote]
Rosalinda looks like the Luck Dragon from The Never Ending Story, but without the scales.

Are Danes as great as I have heard? I want one, or a yellow lab when I get a house with a big yard.

Yeah! Danes! I have 2 blue males. They are sweethearts. I started a Dane link last year, but it kinda fizzled out… ![]()

Danes are great, but you need time and money. A Dane is not like other dogs.
well, danes are not like other regular size dogs, but very similar to the other “giant” breeds.
they do tend to be a little more high energy than their giant peers like wolfhounds or mastiffs.

Well said, about being like other giant breeds, but not like regular dogs. I got my blue’s from a breeder in Alabama, same sire, different bitches, all owned by the breeder and onsite.
Your’s look great.
