Hope your doing great I have been implementing all your cues to reestablish Adrenergic Receptors Desensitization I am fighting with my will power so I won’t push myself in the gym it’s really hard and a fine line to take it slow how much time does this process take ?
And for the regular Coffe consumption should I stop all stims to elevate the recovery process I already started and feeling like shit total shit I got withdrawal symptoms .
For the workout I do 3 days non consecutive and it’s a full body workout should I continue like that or take sometime off from training altogether
Caffeine will lead to an increase in adrenaline that is dose-dependant.
More adrenaline increases the risk of desensitization.
A small amount of caffeine (like 1-2 coffees per day) likely won’t be a problem by itself. But abuse sure will.
And if you have a lot of others factors that increase adrenaline/cortisol present, then any additional adrenergic stimulus from caffeine could put you over the edge.
exactly Coach i have abused Pre workouts for the longest years and did got pass a lot of bad symptoms related to abusing it shivers and jitters and bad sleep that is the problem so I am very sensitive to caffeine .
And after that I used to take coffee but like you said I used to fight the part with being over the edge .
I stopped it all together and feel bad with withdrawal symptoms only one black tea and a decaf coffee .
But concerning Training I am a bit frustrated about what my workout should look like And I don’t feel that good inside the gym should I take sometime off and if I desensitized the receptors so much how much time does it take to recover I am really sorry coach for all the details I have been feeling like this for 5 years and feed up from all the effort that have gone and all the frustration I have been through
The melatonin plan from 5 till 9 make me feel drowsy a bit but I felt so sleepy at 8:30 and I didn’t have this feeling since ages I will keep at it and see how things go would love to hear your take on my Questions you are much appreciated
Personally I had that’s problem a few years ago. I took off 4 weeks completely, no sport except walking. No stimulants. No stress. Vacation too. After 4 weeks I felt ready to train again.
What was your cause and what exactly the symptoms that happened and regarding nutrition you ate freely more you didn’t drink coffee at all or only natural coffee And I think sometime off is better than the gym
Was on a pretty harsh diet too at 2000 kcal/day. So adrenalin and cortisol were through the roof. I felt lethargic all day, was wired and tired. Couldn’t sleep. I had no energy and I was depressed. I drank two espresso before training and two after plus two cups of coffee in the morning for fat loss. Straight up retarded. I don’t drink any coffee anymore because my cortisol and adrenaline are high as soon as normal life stress starts.
I think nutrition and under eating and training and depriving your body of sleep for along time could lead to Metabolic Adaptation you could read about that by Jason Phillips he is a great nutrition Expert he has written a lot about Reverse Dieting .
You where through the roof with your coffee intake I would die if I drank all that caffeine
Hope your doing great now
But concerning introduction to training again how did you start and how did you train
Started very light with a starting strength routine. But I wasn’t very strong after all that dieting anyways. Think I started squats with 90 pounds after I came back. All that was at the beginning of my training career. Nearly 10 years ago
