Does Progressively Overloading Always Mean Building Muscle?

You came here for help; it’s hard to tell what kind of help someone needs without more information. Looking at the FFMI of a 6’3 individual at 160lbs.. I’m going to ballpark your BF% to 15%, because most who are under 15% already know how to diet - or don’t need to.


^This means you have less lean body mass than the rating labeled as “Skinny man”, which is as low as they cared to comment on.

Were I to take a guess, you look like Paris Hilton did when her diet consisted of nothing but cocaine.
