I wish I had the ability to run like an animal. I don’t think they really feel fatigue or discomfort. Like, how can a horse run itself to death? I run and get like 30 seconds into it and feel the slightest bit of discomfort and I’m ready to wave the white flag.
Still want to lose 5 more lbs and cut up the stomach a bit before posting a 30 lb cut progress pic, but preview, sitting at 200 lbs and down 25, and this is before my workout.
Same sentiments! Before I started lifting I tried jogging. Could barely finish the track I ran at which was 2.2km (1.3 miles). I took longer chatting about our university with the side vendor that I frequent than the whole time I was “jogging.” I do miss having a resting heart rate in the 60s though

Thanks man. It’s a bit disappointing when my arms superflexed are smaller than @T3hPwnisher hanging his arm limply to the side, but there ya go. Best part is, I was absolutely skinnier than the calisthenic kid and I’m absolutely bigger than most of the calisthenics people he says he can’t catch up to, at 6’3.

@dagill2 saw you post about not forgetting numbers in bulldogs thread and didn’t wanna hijack, but I’m the same way. I still remember my STARCRAFT SERIAL NUMBER, also 13 digits from like…18 years ago? I remember everyone’s phone number and can recite strings of ~20 digits backwards, tell you what the 14th number was, etc. It’s weird. I know very smart people who can’t do that at all, so it’s not some genius thing, it’s just a quirk.
I wish I could claim that level of ability, i just have a very good/somewhat selective memory. The reason I remember that barcode is that I probably had to type it in 20+ times a day because it was never printed properly. Repetition has burned it into my brain for ever. Likewise things like track listings for albums, etc.
Also, Starcraft was the absolute best. Many hours wasted on that one.
I spent far too long ling rushing noobs. Zerg was my jam.
I was always Protoss, never got on with Zerg. I tried online a few times but it was like doing calisthenics for 6 months then going to Mr Olympia, I just got spanked so hard it was no fun and at that tender age my ego couldn’t handle it.
