I had known about that for a bit but didn’t really KNOW until today- like you guys said, crack a few eggs right into your shake and you can’t taste it, or feel it. Drop a few HB eggs in…bruh. Like egg nog on steroids.

May I remind you I drank 5 puréed eggs this very morning. It helped though to pound all that, I just ate my 1 lb burger and it went down SMOOTH. Now I just have 3 boiled eggs before I leave work and a small taco bowl when I get home.

Do you like spicy mayo? Maybe an egg salad without the greens? Mix hard-boiled eggs and spicy mayo and eat that with a spoon?

I DO like spicy mayo. That doesn’t sound half bad. I should just eat every possible egg combo, a different one every day haha. But that sounds good, especially with some onion and celery.

That works. Choose every egg recipe you like and just make it massive- 6-8+ eggs. Anyone can shove down 3-4 eggs as a post work-out snack, so you just need to find a way to eat 8-9 eggs at once.

Will post pics of the empties, but SLAMMED my 1+lb burger sans bun around 6, then ate my 3 boiled eggs at 8, and a friend at work had a bunch of baked chicken tenderloins in barbecue sauce, and offered me some, and I realized I was still hungry. Ate 3 of them. Cooking up my last third-ish pound burger now. Big breakthrough today. Was actually hungry at times, probably feeling the thermic effect since I was kinda sweating at times, and though I think step-trackers are usually bullshit, I put in 10 miles of walking today at work.

Lol. Made that burger my bitch. Gave Alfie the blood, threw the Ketchup out. Unless today was an anomaly, I’ve begun to adapt to the intake. I’ve had this happen plenty of times before when I consistently ate big, but have never operated at this level of rigidity before, so I hope it catches on. No more eggs in shakes, though. Seriously, did not go down well.

Sounds about right. BtM was the first time I found out that you CAN out train a diet. You’ll be eating like it’s your job and it will be JUST enough.

Isn’t it just the egg white that needs to be cooked?

Blending cooked eggs seems like a waste. Why not just eat them and down some water at the same time to help speed up the process?
