Easygainer here, but I also don’t find it difficult to lose weight. I find it difficult to find the motivation to lose weight, and the willpower not to eat all the things. But actually losing the weight is accomplished by the relatively simple task of eating less.

Yeah the execution abd excepting it’s going to suck is the tricky part, I think that’s why people look to all other shit. “This cant be right, I’m hungry all the time” leads to “I will try carb cycling, cheat meals, slim fast shakes etc”
