Doctor's Approval to Eat Every 2 Hours

We get 1 hour lunch. I usually go to the gym on my lunch, there’s a 24-hr fitness in the building next to us. Per California state law they have to give us 2 15 min breaks and a half hour lunch, but our union negotiated to eliminate breaks and have an hour long lunch. Gotta love unions.

Ya but going to the bathroom and eating isn’t exactly appealing. I don’t even want to imagine what it would be like trying to eat a bowl of oatmeal or something while someone is droppin a load in the stall next to me. I hear thats how u get pink eye!!

Have you spoken to a union rep about this?

Unions need to find stuff to fight magement over.

Unions suck, but don’t let that stop you from using them to your advantage.

If he says you can’t eat in your cubicle, go and eat in somebody else’s cubicle.

Or maybe file a hostile workplace complaint with Human Resources.
