No matter what the problem is whether it’s easy or hard they will make it that much harder for themselves.
They’ll text a problem to me occassionally and I’ll tell them the easiest solution and they’ll act like all i texted back was “oh! hai, about your problem? bjehbjehbvbnrtbvktrbjb…hope that helps!”
Case in point…
“I locked myself out of my car…”
“Oh, well the locksmith will unlock your car for free the first time…”
“Yeah, I’m gonna call my insurance company… This is gonna be really expensive…fuuuuck!”

Take a look at this goddamn site in which people will ignore the most practical, sensible nutrition and exercise advice.
I always try to use proper grammar and punctuation. Even when text messaging I use two spaces after a period, the Oxford comma, as well as the double dash.
