If it’s legitimate, I would say that the ER guy is applying pressure to stop bleeding, as it appears the Klan member has several puncture/gun shot wounds.
That’s a pretty cool picture, either way. If I recall from the commercials, Greys Anatomy totally ripped off this idea for a plotline last year.

A friend emailed it to me I am not sure of their source ill ask.
To me it looks like it as taken out of a book and selotaped together down the middle.
The guy in the middle does appear to be compressing the wound.
I also think he is shouting “Which one of you crazy ass bitches stabbed this honky? He only came in with a toothache, I turn my back for 2 seconds and now the motha fucka has multiple stab wounds”

ER did it over years ago. Skinhead loaded with racist tats came in with multiple gunshot wounds and no one wanted to work on him.
No dude, they worked on that guy. My wifes a nurse and they get assfaces in the CCU all the time. Example: about 2 months ago they got an old racist bastard who was having a heart attack.
