Black coffee and handful of jelly beans! Boom! Stuff the expensive face tingling shit
Quimboy.
Best avatar award.
I take the redcon total war now. Not gunna lie, I love that tingling feeling. As an ex addict Iām probably addicted to it.
Sperm of a bull mixed with some vinegar, but this part is very important, when you drink it you should look at pictures of half Naked bodybuilders and tickle your nipples
That always gets me hard before training
Currently using Dust X.
In the process of getting off pre workout - going to just replace with coffee in the morning before training. Iād rather spend my money on food and focus on getting better sleep to have more energy

A cup of oats, coffee and a banana.
Coffee and a ānut barā as I skate to the gym.

Pure caffine 99.9%, the best thing i ever bought 100grams of powder is around15-20dollars and the scoop is 500mg
withch means that you have 200servings but you have much much more! I personaly take half of scoop in the morning at 5am and witch is 250mg and after my business when i go to gym i take 250mg of caffine and 2scoops of redwaler(witch is at least for me one of the best preworkouts). I have trouble to get myself in the gym afternoon but when i take that im like on cocaine all day, all in all its cheap and it works!
You wont be doing this in 2 years.
Iāve been there, done that, along with countless others.
Be very careful to not slowly increase your dosage. Take a week break every 6 weeks or so.
Better yet, stop now. Youāll thank me in a few years when youāre not a zombie.
No pre workout for me. Natty adrenaline does it for me. Plus a short, vigorous warmup.
Nope, makes me feel horrible during workout! Mad one of my friends feel like he was having a heart attack. So I donāt use it! To me it more of a marketing gimmick. Look at the amazing body builder, and how amazing he looks. He takes this pre workout drink.
Like that pre-workout drink had anything to do with how he looks like. I see kids in the gym with them all the time and they donāt even know why they are using it. Only that this bodybuilder swears by it⦠They donāt even know that most BB donāt use them, they just market them for free stuff.
Seriously harsh stuff to take. People die from taking it:
Go for a cup of coffee or tea which contains caffeine with other naturally occurring components, not white isolate of a plant material. Might as well take cocaine as your preworkout.
Dude that guy took 5grams, like 5grams wtf, when i sleep 4-5 hours and when im on the field working 10hours shifts for a week or two i dont have energy for everything, especially working out, then i take max of 300mg witch is 200mg 99.9caffine and in the bcaa that i use have another 100and that is more then enough, with a sleeping 5h⦠And working 10h shifts and being a father, i cannot understand what mind can even think about using 5000mg of 99.9caffine and another thing that i canāt understand how in the hell does he drink it, i meen its the most bitter thing in the world on 200mg, can you imagine how bitter is it on 5000mg(5g)
I used to take it, but the last time I took it I felt like I had some horrible liquid circulating in my veins.
It made me ill for about a week, so I decided to stop.
I just drink a coffee in the morning, then drink water whilst on the way to the gym.
Iāll sip a lucozade during my workout, as it feels like it helps me maintain a decent level of intensity.
I might go back to drinking an intra during my workout, however I want one with less caffeine. If anyone has any recommendations, that would be great.
is there a low enough dose to prevent tolerance / not feeling like shit the rest of the day?
Plazma, Surge Workout Fuel, or Surge Recovery. All available here. Fast-acting protein/carbs and, in SWF and Plazma, other nutrients for recovery and performance, no caffeine or face-tingling/liquid vein melting stuff.
ah the face tingling is why i take the pwo! its too bad the Plazma is so pricey it seems like a really great product but i just cant afford the price.
Surge Workout Fuel is the next best bet. Shares many of the same ingredients in a slightly different formula, saving about $1.25 per serving.
I appreciate the response!
