I was on 250 mg of test prop(10 weeks)had nasty high estrogen symptoms no benefits what’s so ever!
Lowered dose to 10 mg Ed of prop 5 weeks ago and feel the same
No ai
Should I make adjustments or give it time

When you were on 250mg/wk, how often were you injecting?
Everyday
No, you do not.
How long should u wait
I would get bloodwork.
I know this is anecdotal, and not with hundreds of subjects, but every guy I had taking daily propionate went back to twice weekly cypionate. I did not recommend the daily propionate, they just wanted to try it, probably after reading stuff on the internet.
You went from the high end way down to the low end. Maybe the answer is in the middle?
Some people swear by that rule, but in my experience I have been able to see a linear experience as the weeks go by. Ideally you would want to wait out a decent amount, what that means differs between people. The dexter guy around here swears he even felt like utter crap as time progressed until week 8 i think? For me personally if things got worse by week 3, it just got even worse in week 6-8.
Yes and i have found serval other people who confirmed they also felt like crap until 8 weeks and by week 10-12 they felt better! But that was with longer esters
Would that same rule apply to short esters
I means the half life difference is like 52 hours so in theory it. Shouldn’t be to diffrent
So I don’t wanna stop if things are gonna get better
I have not found to many people switching to prop or in a similar situation as me with prop!
So I don’t know give it more time
I really wonder how bad people supposedly felt. When I had those bad protocols, no way in hell would I have made it for so long. I would either be fired, suspended, or divorced.
My personal experience getting “dialed in”:
It took a few months to see the stabilized, clinical (experiencial) results of a particular protocol change.
Yes glad I don’t change read a guy who said his protocol didn’t start working until 6 months in
That was on test gel no ester
I’d imagine prop wouldn’t be to far off or any ester for that matter
Subjectively at least, in my case it took more than six months … more like 16 (!) for me to work out the protocol, and then for system stability to occur and for the benefits to really kick in.
One of several benefits: I went from medium ED to “rock hard, morning wood like a 16 year old” every day, as one GRAPHIC example. LOL.
Oh, and I am 72.
So, there’s hope for you SOBs (said with warmth).
(FYI, my final protocol is TC and HCG 3x a week, and 5 mg tadalafil daily … of note, the tadalafil did not work on its own)
So u we’re on 1 protocol for 16 months(150 mg for for example for 16 months straight)?
I “walked in” the dosages and timing over around 16 months … I’d make a change, wait an average of 10 weeks and assess the results clinically (also, always had blood tests, but mainly for any red flags, like elevated lipids, hematocrit, and the like).
Then, repeat.
I then reached what appeared to be a good place and then I backed down the quantity
per dose, maintaining the same ratios of TC to HCG the idea being to achieve a sweet spot. . . max benefit for the smallest effective dose.
There is more. But, that is an overview.
Brother I’m so lost ur confusing me be clear please
So did u stay on one dose for 16 months (example 125 mg a week)
Be clear about that(ex:yes I stayed on my dose for 10 weeks and then added or lowered my dose depending on how I felt/bloods)
or u stayed on one dose for 10 weeks and then made the switch after that?
He said he titrated his dose for 10 weeks at a time and continued to change until he found his sweet spot. He did not spend 16 months on one dose
These sound like the same thing.
Correct, thanks. Simply: I took the same amounts of the same drugs on the same schedule for around 10 weeks straight. I would then judge the results clinically and get blood work. Then come up with, usually, a single adjustment, and do that adjusted program for 10 weeks. I ended up testing around seven different regimes.
The main thing I would like to share is that, in my case, at least:
It required disciplined work and patience - and the help that all of you provided with your many helpful posts.
At times, it seemed like a lot of work for, at times, mild benefits, and
When I finally worked it out, the results were more than worth it.
I do not believe that “everyone is different” (we have more in common than different, but, we DO have some differences). Keeping in mind that we have differences, my stabilized program is:
5 mg tadalafil daily, and,
three times a week: 33.3 mg TC shallow IM/Deep sub q (0.5 inch needle) and 85 units HCG, sub q (8 mm needle). Total TC is 100 mg a week.
TC is injected into quads and delts, the HCG is injected abdominal. TC injection is via 27g, 0.5 inch needle, 0.5 ml barrel syringe. HCG via 30 or 31g, 8 mm needle, 0.30 ml syringe. All syringes are one-piece… No drawing needle.
I use a BD needle clipper. Store the clipped needles in a heavy laundry detergent bottle…
Perhaps an over kill.
Just to be clear, you’re doing 300 mg/week Test C?
What are your levels on that dose?
