It depends on how much of a coffee snob you are. They are very, very convenient, but the coffee isn’t as good as fresh ground and brewed stuff. I use them at work sometimes because it’s easy and free and they certainly get the job done.

You guys have some hard core sensitive taste buds, because I can’t tell one roast from the next. Well that is not 100% true. I grew up on the ol NY standard of a “Coffee Regular” 2 creams-2sugars. Once that is done it all taste like pure creamy goodness.
DD = diarrhea
Tim Hortons = semi-sold diarrhea (aka mudslide)
Starbuck = decent, as in it’s always the same. Their iced coffee is good, hot sucks balls.

we have free coffee at work all day. I toss 2 packs of swiss miss instant cocoa with marshmallows in my 20 oz cup and fill it up with coffee. laugh if you want but the jamocha tastes damn good.

I agree. I felt like such a bitch after buying that.
I got one of these and it’s the coolest thing ever. It’s a bit of a bother for everyday use but it makes excellent coffee. It doesn’t take as long as it seems in the video. Maybe 6-7 minute.
My girlfriend had been making us coffee for a while before she told me she was using the Kopi Luwak coffee, which is made from coffee beans that some small rodent in Indonesia eats and shits out but doesn’t digest the beans.
