I’m a 34 year old male with low T (total test ~297). Unfortunately, I don’t really have access to an affordable HRT doc. After doing some research, it seemed that (through the magic of the internet,) I could just treat myself. I’m now sitting here with several vials of test-C, hcg, arimidex, and a pile of insulin pins. Here’s the protocol I’m considering:
Monday morning/Thursday afternoon: 50mg test (Will probably increase after I do my first set of blood work in four weeks, depending on how I’ve been feeling.)
Tuesday/Friday: 250iu HCG injection
Wednesday/Saturday: 0.25mg Adex (Can adjust as needed after bloodwork results.)
Any comments/critiques/suggestions/insults would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Looks pretty good to me. It will probably depend on the quality of the medication you’re able to get your hands on. Is it actually cheaper to source your own meds?

I was able to do it myself cheaper than any of the quasi-legit online clinics I found (and it was WAY cheaper than any of the local anti-aging clinics).
Low T is a symptom of an underlying problem. Have you found out if you are primary or secondary and why? Do not self medicate without having the proper tests done. What have you tested? Have you reAd the stickies? Have you thoroughly researched what you are going to attempt to do? Please list labs and read stickies
