My Mom is Russian Bolivian of Chuvash descent and my Dad is Bolivian and a Meztizo of Quechua and Portuguese descent.
I would say I’m Latino but the majority of my descent isn’t from Southern Europe so I just say I’m from South America. I’m like half Southern European and half asiatic (Siberian Turkic-Mongol and South American Indian).
Considering I speak English am only a quarter Southern European…I don’t think Latin(o) is an accurate description of my ethnicity or origin. South American Mestizo. Slavo-Mestizo. I dunno what would be a good shortened demonym.
