Do I Need an AI? What is Going On?

29 Y/O Male. I had low test and wanted to get some gains in the gym so I initially started with 250mg per week of Sustanon 250. About 3 weeks in, I was feeling great. At about 4 weeks in I was feeling great but also was having bouts of anxiety/panic attacks so I got blood work done. My Testosterone was 1109 ng/dl but my Estradiol was 161 pg/ml (yea thats not a typo).

I immediately lowered my test to 100mg per week (50mg twice a week) and took 1mg (split into four .25 doses) of Arimidex over the next week to knock my estradiol down. Its been 4 weeks since then and i just got some blood tests. Is my body just naturally high estrogen? Am I a rare case of someone that NEEDS an AI to do TRT?

Since switching to 100mg per week, my anxiety has pretty much went away. My nipples are a little puffy but I wouldn’t consider it gyno. I feel ok. Not bad but not near as great as i did at my peak when I was on 250mg. Also, im slightly over weight but only by around 20lbs. Im 5’11" 190.

Here are my most recent bloods. Let me know what you think.

you did 250mg of test, its not really TRT…
and no, some people are just e2 sensitive and so am i… on 400mgs of test, i need a WHOLE tablet of Anastrozole EVERY DAY to keep my e2 on the highest line of the range.
I am sure that on 250, i would need at least 1/2 the tab every day to keep my e2 in at the highest normal range… in order to get it down lower i need to eat Anastrozole like its Skittles…

Seems that way. Your e2 went way high on a high-ish amount of test.
