Celtics, I’m not trying to minimise your achievements, but if it came down to a comparison of you and Akuma, you’d get smoked.
Dude has worked out for 5+ years and has 35 pounds on me. But, from what I have seen he looks a lot softer than me. He has 15" forearms yes, and thats all I’m really jealous of. However, with all my forearm training I’m up to a little over 14" for both arms now. I have also seen fat people, even fat women with gigantic forearms. Everybody stores fat a little differently.
A lot of what he says is exaggerated - his 405 bench for reps video. Not a single full ROM rep.
Anyway, he will never put up a shirtless pic so its pointless to speculate.
DONT you even try to scrutinize MY reps. I lift for muscle. IF you dont think what i performed was a bench press, you’re a damn fool whose too stuffed with his own fucking ego. YOU have no right to demand anything from me, you have earned nothing in my eyes. And i have jumped through enough fucking hoops, im not going to be called out by skinny little twat.
How can you call out his ego when you post a video like that.
I could not come close to lifting 405 in that manner, but I also couldn’t come close to calling that a bench press. I’m not going to ask you to post a better video but your answer is way over the top for a valid point( in regards to that video only) like that from Celtics.
This is officially the first and last time I will ever agree with him.

Of course its called partial rom to people like you, you couldnt move the weight period. To belittle what i did says a lot about who YOU are and what you stand for. It’s called envy.
But once again, this strays from my main point, WHICH is: In the Grand Scheme of things, YOU are not big, so stop being all braggadocio about it.
You did a partial rom bench press. I also don’t believe that bodybuilding is about how much you lift, but how much you look like you can. I incline 155 for 12 reps.
I’m not trying to belittle you. But, the concept of lying by omission exists and applies to your claims and video.
Bodybuilding isnt about how much you lift, thats why all the crap about what i lift is complete nonsensical bullshit. I dont care if my lifts meet the standards of you mindless lemmings, My lifts make my muscles grow, and I am bigger than you, ipso facto my lifts are working, regardless if they meet YOUR standards. You people make it sound like i walked into a forum, shouted i can bench this much, and posted a video. My thread was in regards to an idea, essentially a concept of range- not sitting at 1 particular machine (the smith cage) and doing 5+ different exercises. I wasnt using a lot of muscles. I left it, and exploded in growth, I tried to share my finding, and was met with skepticism towards my lifts, which were, are, and forever will be irrelevant towards my BODYBUILDING Career.

I write one thing and you people see another.
I will agree all that deadlifting has your spotters jaccccked.
Akuma is a big guy, strong, and I don’t care what ROM he’s using in that video, he doesn’t spend every waking hour posting some stupid thread about himself here. That’s the equivalent of delivering a DDT to celtics, if we’re continuing the wrestling theme.
Once again my advice to you is : KEEP it in your pants. You dont need to show videos/pictures every week. You arent huge. You dont in fact know everything. You have a lot further to go. You have much to learn. WE ALL have much to learn, none of us are Olympia competitors.
Correct me if im wrong, but Im assuming since you are commenting on my weight, and are so adamant about your “rips,” you have never truly bulked. So the last thing ill say to you is eat. until you are ready to accept the weight gain that comes with it, you will never truly grow.
NOW im going to a BBQ to proceed to eat and go “retain more weight” as you put it, because hey, thats how you get big.
Akuma needs no team. I eat, i train, i grow. Nothing someone will say or do on the internet will change that. Best of luck to you all. =)

What is this? In 2008 i was 150 lbs. How do i know this when i didnt go to the gym at that time. Because you get weighed every time you sell plasma.
I moved home for medical reasons within my family. I eventually got fat. I saw my belly growing in the mirror and joined a gym. I was 175 on the day i started. I did a bulk to 208 then cut in 5 weeks with ECA down to 178. That was in february. I am now 215.

I just have to ask what your response has to do with the real world? Unless you answer in parables, then your answer would be “No, you do not have any interactions with the real world.”

C’mon Polo…none of his random statements make sense. You really are late, haha.

Congrats, you’re in highschool part 2 and your grades suck.

Seriously, if people are “jealous of celtics and his progress,” this site doesnt have much longer of a life as a bodybuilding site. No offense to celtics of course, but he really isnt that big.
So you joined this discussion to point out that gaining 75lbs of lean mass in under 3 years isn’t impressive? To me it seems fairly obvious you started a pissing match throwing out insults in order to direct attention towards yourself…

Not in the slightest. i joined this discussion because a huge portion of celtics posts include a picture of him or a video. I advised him to stop constantly putting these up, and attempted to call him back to reality by saying in retrospect, he “has only ran a couple inches in a seven mile race.” I even complimented on his gains. I said that he had made gains, but not enough to act the he does. I only responded to attacks that were thrown at me and my lifts. TO me it seems fairly obvious that you either didnt read the beginning of the story, or chose to read what you wanted to.
