Well again, his theoretical belief is not one that coincides with my own, but I’m really willing to give this guy the benefit of the doubt for a few reasons. For one, he did try to remove us from seeing the item originally, as I’m sure he was anticipating this kind of response. Most of the outright racist people I’ve ever known haven’t been apologetic about it, especially on an internet forum.

On a side note, for whatever it’s worth, I had three relatives (I’m of Polish-Catholic lineage) who were directly affected by the Holocaust and the regime. I’m not saying this gives me amnesty over everyone in terms of reserving the right for judgment, but I feel like a lot of the things said here were extremely unfounded and really are as hateful as can be - and far worse in terms of actual applicability and real-life current hate than some silly flag denotes.
