Getting back to the OP, yeah man, just try to gain weight and muscle in the area, as it will help reduce the effect of the loose skin. Have you gotten any kind of hormone panel or blood work done since you’ve lost the weight? A lot of times gyno may have something to do with the appearance of bitch tits, although it doesn’t appear to be the case in this instance. Still, it might be worth checking out to make sure your testosterone and thyroid levels are up to par, as this can and will make a strong impact on your physique.
