Usually much lower, its around 60 on average, if i took it early in the morning before all the workouts and supplementation it would probably be alot lower.
yes 100bpm is considered dangerous territory. If such a RHR is consistent it will induce TIC (tachycardia induced cardiomyopathy). Youāre lucky itās only 100, many using youāre cocktail of drugs will have a far higher RHR.
Man, Iām not qualified to give this kind of advice⦠I donāt feel comfortable touching this⦠for that I apologise. Perhaps consider asking a medical professional who works with athletes/bodybuilders.

I could be abusing heavy dosages of amphetamines on a daily basis (I donāt) and going for runs provided intense vasoconstriction + increased cardiac output due to catecholamine release doesnāt induce anginaā¦doesnāt mean Iām healthy⦠As a matter of fact running in that state would further serve to seriously damage my heart.

I would estimate that i need another 20 lbs off at least to look good.
At my best i was 127 kgs on a ton of gear but i had a high level of body fat and water weight.
Last time i checked myself was half a year ago just before a dnp cycle, and i wasnt on gear nor have i been on gear for the past year or so, and i havent been working out especially much either and at that time i was around 180 lbs lean body mass.
Why in the world would you potentially kill yourself with this combination of drugs, if you got 20 lbs to lose until you look good? That is not close to being anywhere near reasonable. If you have that much fat left until you look good you either are extremely hard on yourself and you are already at a better level than you think or more likely, you are too fat to even use one of these compounds and should just diet. Man, I pray you donāt drop dead.

But from experience the fater you are the quicker the results on dnp, thats why i always use it at the beginning of a cutting phase.
I dont compete or anything of the sort, i am just a normal dude who is intruiged by the symbiosys of mother nature and manufactured chemicals, and i dont have much of an obssesion with my own health or even the way i look to be honest because if i really cared i wouldnt allow myself to get out of shape ever.

What youāve said and what youāre doing is the equivalent of me saying āI like to get a little bit tipsy once in a while⦠so once every few months I take a bit of heroinā, thereās a threshold one generally shouldnāt cross. Thailand doesnāt have many cases, however if you get sick on DNP youāre in trouble, aside from the potential immunomodulatory effects stemming from AAS alone (esp tren), DNP lowers WBC count, as Iāve specified prior sometimes to the extent of inducing life threatening agranulocytosis.
I stay away from the general masses, im actually a bit of a germaphobe.
I am a little concered with my heart and lipids however that why i started eating clean and as far as the meds, i feel that my bpm goes above 115 when i through t3 into the mix with dnp and clen so i have erased than shitty compound which i hear burns muscle and focus only on the dnp, because as long as you dont stuff yourself with sugars and keep still it doesnt affect heart rate that much. T3 and clen will give me heart palputations (not sure about the terminology) as im trying to sleep. This stuff is really nasty and i dont think the results hold a candle to quality dnp.
So right now im maxing out on dnp and barely touching the clen once in a while, feeling better and getting better results.
However eating clean wonāt mitigate the impact on youāre lipids (actually it might⦠slightly), Iāve recently made a post regarding AAS and potential side effects, how lipids (whilst concerning) arenāt that important compared to some of the more serious sides, Iāll tag you in it.
DNP is far more dangerous than T3 btw, however T3 is certainly more catabolic.
How much DNP is āmaxing outā if I may ask?
Thatās the correct terminology. If youāre RHR is over 100 itās called tachycardia
Update: I was on dnp for about one month, 400-600 mg per day of shitty dnp i have no idea how much of that equates to quality dnp so as for actual dosage i dont know.
I jumped off the dnp for a week and focused on getting my t3 to normal levels and under this time i have been lifting more and eating more thrying maybe to gain some mass during this time, wanted to see how good tren is at mass building, havent changed the doses much still 180mg tren e, 480mg test e, 650mg eq (possibly i have been adding another 0.1 ml of test and eq but the tren remained constant).
I was wondering how i would look after the glycogen entered the muscle on tren post dnp, havent seen a huge difference i must say, but then again i was never one to see a big difference after stopping to use dnp, because i dont tend to hold that much water on dnp except in the first week.
All in all after one month dnp and one week clean bulking my results are ok for the amount of work i put in i guess, i havent been doing any cardio because its hot as fuck and there is no swimming pool or gym with treadmill available so i have been lazy to go outside and rusk heat stroke (night time there is a curfew).
I will be going on dnp again for another 2-3 weeks now to get rid of the fat that is left (probably not all of it) but hopefully i will have enough energy to do cardio and weights on a daily basis, no clen and no t3 as it feels unhealthy and not worth it.
Steroid dosage will remain the same, though i am considering upping the tren by a little as i still have alot left so maybe i will take 233mg tren e per week instead of 186mg because i feel the side effects are getting more bearable, however that might be because i am not in a caloric deficit. Who knows my mood might change when i go on the dnp again.
I dont know how much dnp i will be taking because im soon out and my package is stuck in the fucking mail because of this stupid virus so it could be 400 or it could be 800mg (of bad dnp) basically im going to do a blasr for 2 weeks, muster up enough motivation to do cardio (brisk walk for an hour is considered cardio on dnp) and after that i will either go off the dnp or run it an additional week on low dose.
But it all depends if i get my package or not.
In 3-4 weeks time i will have to be satisfied with whatever results i have as my vacation will be over by then.
Loving the dnp, i feel like im always out of breath and i know its a good thing. At the same time my heart rate isnt very high at all.
Lethargy has become an issue, using caffeine to combat that and might through in the small dose of clen, if i use as much clen as i usually do i will feel the heart rate go up too high on dnp but with 20mcg its just fine. I get a decent workout with that amount and a little bit of coffee.
Also the tren is making me retain alot of strength as well as size, im not as flat as i usually would be on dnp.
Im doing about 600mg per day of this dnp i have which is low class, i know its bad because when i have a cheat meal i dont burst into sweat like usual. Hopfully i will be getting my shipment soon so i can blast the dosage my last week or two.
That means the mitochondrial uncoupling is happening. The same effect has a toxic dose of ASS. The mitochondrial uncoupling induces metabolic acidosis if you up the dose, this is deadly. Be careful, our bodies are not the best at handling acidosis, itās a fine line between a bit out of breath and death.
