Something like this could be easily built.

I attached a pullā€“up ā€˜apparatusā€™ to the ceiling. Bolted directly into the (reinforced) rafters. Works great Gets lots of use and no movement at all while hanging from it.

That looks good. I will have to look into it. I have a door frame pull up bar, but I live in a rental and Iā€™m a little concerned about potential damage to the door frame.

Power rack. Can self spot on just about everything. Can add dip bars, do pull ups, pretty much everything.

You can find those pretty cheap. I have one just like it that was maybe $50 bucks.

Almost my entire home gym is homemade. Power Rack w/pullup bar, Bench, Plate Rate, Bumper Plate Storage.
