I am pretty sure a travel ban from one place in the US to another is unconstitutional. But I wouldnât sue. I wouldnât want these nimrods going to Florida anyway.
This goes along with CAâs new âpost-birthâ abortion bill, which will likely pass, that indicates that if something happens to an infant up to 7 days old, no questions can be asked.
This is the shit I was accused of being crazy for stating in past abortion arguments, being told I was ridiculous because ânobody believes thatâ. Well, here ya go.
Believe it now, mother-fuckers:
123467.
(a) Notwithstanding any other law, a person shall not be subject to civil or criminal liability or penalty, or otherwise deprived of their rights, rights under this article, based on their actions or omissions with respect to their pregnancy or actual, potential, or alleged pregnancy outcome, including miscarriage, stillbirth, or abortion, or perinataldeath.death due to a pregnancy-related cause.
And this was already amended from the original. So make it look like an accident if you are going to kill your new born.
It is unconstitutional, but it only applies to official travel from LA County to Texas or Florida⊠Not sure what official travel actually happens between the two but I doubt this has any actual impact.
Iâm not sure I read that the same way tbh. The following bulletin reads this:
123468.
The performance of an abortion is unauthorized if performed by someone other than the pregnant person and if either of the following is true:
(a) The person performing the abortion is not a health care provider authorized to perform an abortion pursuant to Section 2253 of the Business and Professions Code.
(b) The abortion is performed on a viable fetus, and both of the following are established:
(1) In the good faith medical judgment of the physician, the fetus was viable.
(2) In the good faith medical judgment of the physician, continuation of the pregnancy posed no risk to life or health of the pregnant person.
I donât care to drag up abortion rights honestly. I have my opinions but I donât see how it matters as 1) Iâm a guy and 2) Iâm not a politician.
I posted the bill. You can read through it all you want. I was dealing with the very narrow issue of perinatal death⊠The ramifications of which, after modification, is that no one is legally responsible for the death of an infant up to 7 days old, if there doesnât appear to be any significant excess trauma. And that part was modified from just plain âno one is legally responsibleâ for an infant death up to 7 days old.
Meaning 2 things-
Yes, they are trying to legalize infanticide, aka murder.
And yes, plenty of people believe itâs ok to kill a baby post birth.
Iâm pretty sure Pat is convinced that the the left is literally built around the ideas of baby killing and pedophilia. Nor is the party built around âgay groomingâ or whatever. That is a fringe belief (although admittedly less fringe than the first two things). I really have to wonder how so many people believe this to be the case, as I know Pat is not the only one who believes this. This shit doesnât even COME UP when most people on the left have conversations with each other. I grew up in a liberal family, had liberal friends, etc, and I never once heard anyone suggest anything remotely in line with these concepts. Are there pedophiles on the left? Yep. The right too. Pedophilia isnât a fucking political party. Itâs just sick, and has no business being attributed to one party or the other. I canât think of any sexual/violent crimes or mental illnesses that skew hard to one side of the political spectrum or the other. I wish both sides would remove this shit from political discussions.
Because the left is notably more silent about these topics than the right. I aree with your post, but when one party seems more interested in non-binary inclusiveness and the other seems more interested in protecting parentâs right - it raises some questions. They deserve to be talked about, but the format should be improved such that a solution is sought, rather than simple mud-slinging.
The Lolita Express ledger has the names of both red and blue politicians and public figures. I think we can all agree that they should all be burned at the stake.
I would argue thatâs because pedophilia is a crime, not a political stance, so thereâs no reason for âthe leftâ to be bringing it up in political discussions in the first place. The right brings it up because theyâve weaponized the idea politically. I just donât agree with the idea of using âX is bad why isnât Y party talking about it more???â when X happens to be a thing we very clearly ALL agree is bad. Itâs a bad faith argument from the start.
You have to understand that many times patâs own sources contradict what he says. It has been established he doesnât read anything he cites. He can tell you everything the so-called mainstream media is saying while admitting he doesnât follow mainstream media.
Because the left (recently) have become very tolerable to pedophilia crimes and sentencing, very tolerable to allowing kindergarteners and elementary to be taught gender identity and sex, very tolerable to crimes being commited by minorities (rape, robbery, asian attacks, subway attacks)
I agree with this, but we could point the same finger at how the left has weaponized racism against the right and use this exact format to criticize them for doing so. That doesnât make it right, but if weâre in the business of pointing out political weaponization of crimes, we should talk about the whole lot of them.
All of which, have nothing to do with Disney lol
EDIT:
Bill Maher actually had a special about this like 2 days ago. Itâs not bad, still partisan as is Billâs usual M.O but relatively even-keeled. Still, in watching it - I couldnât help but think you could replace much of the âpedophileâ commentary with âracistâ and aim it at the other party, and it lines up pretty well.
The idea that the left is built around baby killing and pedophilia are the core beliefs of Qanon wack jobs. About 15% of Americans believe in the theory so itâs no surprise that we have a few of them around here:
Just got back from running a couple of errands and saw a guy with a Q badge glued to the back of his pickup. So not only do people believe this crap but theyâre proud to fly their moron flags to prove it.
