In the gym of the hotel I’m visiting this week (pretty good gym, for a hotel: half a dozen oly bars, dumbells up to 45kg), they have a sign:

Male members must wear training tops

Sadly, I didn’t see any female members exercising their freedom not to wear a top. Why the hell would you phrase it like that?

What kind of douchey guy works out without a shirt on, at a HOTEL gym nonetheless?

Arnold was often training without a shirt on. I’m pretty sure it enhances the mind-muscle connection, although I never had the chance to try it.
